I am also responsible for developing the organizational culture and implementing ESG, diversity, and corporate governance practices. As a member of the ethics committee, I lead the structuring of sustainable practices within the company. My experience spans both organizational and family culture, with deep expertise in human behavior and people management. I hold a degree in Psychology with specializations in Psychodrama, Strategic People Management, and Design Thinking.
